🚨 What started as a “small kitchen floor repair” quickly turned into a full structural rebuild once we opened everything up 😳

Under the old flooring we found:
❌ Rotted subfloor
❌ Failed joists
❌ Mold damage
❌ No insulation under the sink wall
❌ Water damage hidden for YEARS

We tore it all out, rebuilt the floor system, repaired the framing, insulated properly, and brought the kitchen back to life 💪🔥

These are the jobs where experience matters — sometimes you don’t know the REAL damage until demo starts.
