I spent a lot of last year getting the backyard ready for this moment. I built the deck, added the pergola, and basically created a blank canvas. Now it was time to bring the outdoor entertaining part to life. Outdoor tables are crazy expensive, so instead of dropping $2k on one (and even more on chairs), I figured I'd just build one myself. Once the table was finished, I stained it with Cabot Stain 2026 Color of the Year, Acorn. The color really brought the wood to life and now it’s protected from the weather with durability for years.
Pretty excited to finally start using this space the way we imagined.
