It's COLD 🥶🥶!!!!!! Here's how to protect your home and your comfort during this cold snap ...
1) Change Filters: Replace your HVAC filters to improve efficiency and airflow. 💨
2) Inspect Doors and Windows: Use weather stripping or caulking to seal any gaps that let cold air in.🪟
3) Let Faucets Drip: Allow a slow drip during our nighttime and early morning freezing temperatures to reduce pressure and avoid broken pipes. Ensure exterior faucets are shut off. 🚰
5) Use Curtains: Open curtains during the day to let in sunlight and close them at night to retain heat. ☀️
6) Clear Debris: Ensure no leaves or debris are obstructing your outdoor HVAC unit. 🍂
