We would like to congratulate the Bank of South Carolina on the completion of the North Charleston office. This is the 3rd location that we have designed for these terrific clients and this one is the largest. It has their unique personal sit down banking experience floor and drive through window. The location has a beautiful board room with available community use for meetings. The bank lobby carries over many of the interior design elements of the original downtown location located on Meeting Street. The location also houses the mortgage department for the bank. Look forward to this location opening soon to serve the north area.

Walker Concepts Architecture in association with The Preston Partnership (the Architect of Record) is pleased to announce that the 99 WestEdge project, formerly called Project 0 (Horizon District) has received the Preliminary BAR Review and approval by the City of Charleston Board of Architectural Review on 8/27/15 by a unanimous vote. Congratulations to all on the design and development team also including South City Partners, Gateway Development, and DesignWorks for all of the hard work and progress made on this project. The project will include a new parking structure wrapped by 200 apartment units and retail/restaurant spaces across from the Joe Riley stadium.

Our hearts go out to the victims and their families that have suffered this tragic loss today at Charleston's Historic Emanuel A.M.E. Church. This is a horrible tragedy to our wonderful community here in Charleston and will never be forgotten. Our thoughts and prayers are with these and all in our community.
