Spring Cleanings have started, but with no time between winter and summer most will need to start the A/C before it has been cleaned. With that being said, if you are going to turn on your A/C make sure you have a new or clean filter. A/C’s can only be checked properly with temperatures above 70° for the system to be checked correctly.

As everyone can see, the heat of this September is like none other. A/C repairs have had to take priority over the contract holders for the Clean and Checks. With that being said Clean and Checks will still be done but it might not be before you want to turn the heat on. Make sure your filter is clean/new and make sure your Carbon Monoxide Detectors are functioning properly. It’s going to go from A/C to Furnace over night, so be patient your furnace will get checked out.

Just a reminder to our Service Contract Holders. If you need to start your A/C before your spring cleaning is done, be sure you at least replace your filter.
If not, just be sure you have a new filter ready to be installed after your cleaning.
Clean and Checks started this week although the weather didn’t cooperate to get a full weeks work done.
We will see you soon.
