Another happy customer in West Ashley where we bleached and soft washed the shutters and the front door. Then sprayed them this beautiful blue color. Turned out really nice. This is a repeat client that we have done a lot of work for over the last 16 years. We also just finished up two weeks ago putting a new roof on their shed, also painting the shed and the fence gates, and building them a new ramp. Many years ago we did a complete renovation on the inside of the house. She is such a great client and we love her!

West Ashley job where we bleached, softwashed, and painted this shed along with the fence gates on both sides of it. Then installed a new metal corrugated roof on top of it. After that built them a nice new ramp stained with an exterior Walnut Gel Stain. Also put a little green plastic barrier going around the bottom of the shed to keep Critters out. Turned out great and another happy customer.

Here's some before and after pictures of a commercial building we painted the exterior of in North Charleston, which is going to be a cigar lounge, bar, and restaurant. We love all of our clients, but every now and then we meet one that we end up becoming friends with, and this client is one of those clients. Such a super awesome guy who is now our neighbor right up the street.

Did some interior and exterior painting on this house in Park Circle in North Charleston South Carolina. Painted a couple stairwells and a couple hallways and then painted some soffit and fascia, columns, handrails, lattice, treads, and kicks. They did end up changing the original color they picked out that I put down on the deck because they said it was too red, so then I redid it with a new color they picked out which was more brown. Turned out great.

This is a commercial metal roofing job we did on College Park Road at the Tiki Taco and the convenience store next to it. We bleached and soft washed both roofs. We took out all of the bad screws and replaced them with brand new self tapping screws with rubber grommets. We sprayed the roofs with Ospho to kill and neutralize the surface rust. Then we applied two coats of a rubberized elastomeric coating. Another job done and another satisfied customer!
