As designers our greatest joy is seeing our concept come to life. This kitchen started as an outdated 90’s floor plan that felt cramped on space. We completely restructured the layout and design. Giving it a fresh, modern look that not only is easy on the eyes but allows the homeowner to function better day to day. We worked with GC, Pat Morgan to make our concept a reality.⁣

It’s hard to believe that this is the same kitchen. Take a look through the photos to see for yourself. This 1980’s ranch style kitchen has taken on a completely new design that is not only more functional, but beams with charm and comfort.

We teamed up with Professional Painting of Charleston to completely overhaul this outdoor space for our client. We constructed a new concrete bar top area with a more functional layout, a dropzone for pool accessories with a matching concrete seat and created a new color scheme for the area. This Game Room Flip is finished and now a perfect space for our client's tween boys. We completed this room by adding a fun, navy and white wallpaper to the entire room. Josh designed and built a custom storage unit to fit all of the boy's gaming devices, as well as hexagon wall shelves in maple where the boys can display all of their trophies and creations. ⁣
