*Detail-oriented with the ability to take instruction and learn
*Team player with a great attitude
*Committed to proper care of equipment and work truck
*Arrive at work daily and on time
*Maintenance Team Members are expected to utilize equipment and tools effectively to carry out all landscape maintenance activities including but not limited to detailed pruning, w**d control, irrigation troubleshooting, mowing, and edging.
*Installation/Hydroseed Team Members are expected to carry out all duties assigned for each project including but not limited to flower installation, planting of trees/shrubs, irrigation installation/repair, mulching, fertilizing, grading, soil preparation, sod installation, mixing/application of hydroseed.

Qualifications:
Valid driver's license and a clean driving record (required)
US work authorization (required)
1-year landscape experience (preferred)
High School or equivalent (preferred)
Experience towing trailers (preferred)

Benefits:
Paid vacation after 90 days of employment
Paid sick leave after 90 days of employment
Paid holidays after 90 days of employment
Primary Care Health benefits upon hiring
Uniforms (shirts, hats, jackets, sweatshirts, gloves, safety glasses and ear protection) provided
Regular team-building events

Compensation:
$15.00 - $20.00 per hour based on experience and qualifications
Full-time with overtime for hours worked over 40 hours each week.
