-36” wainscoting-
- 12” overhang w/ soffit and fascia-

- 4” slick finish concrete floor with a moisture barrier and floor drain-

24x40x14 we finished yesterday. This has a 20’ apron on the front for parking/basketball goal.

We battled through snow, 8 degree mornings, rain, 45 mph winds, and guess who won? You guessed it… the clients 😆! And so did we✅, we’re happy to do what we love and make peoples dreams come true !

Here’s a beautiful maintenance free deck we completed today !
-Veka grey Composite decking-
-Veka white vinyl fascia-
-all hidden fasteners-
-vinyl picket spindles, railings-
-vinyl post wraps-
Some cool facts about this decking: **Thermally reflective for a cool step in summer time, fire resistant (actually will self extinguish , if it starts burning) and also mold and water resistant!

Disclaimer: Would not recommend having bonfires on decks😊✅
