🌱 I Started This Group Over 4 Years Ago… and Had No Idea It Would Grow Like This 🍓

I took a leap of faith when I created the Grow What You Eat Facebook group. My goal was simple:
To inspire people to grow their own food — no matter where they live.

Back then, I didn’t know if anyone would join. But here we are, over four years later, and this group has become a movement — now almost 80,000 strong. 🙌🏾

We’re building a community of growers, herbalists, and everyday people who believe in:
✅ Growing your own food
✅ Reclaiming your health through nature
✅ Sharing wisdom, seeds, and support

And let me be clear:
🌿 Whether you have acres, a lot, a plot, a backyard or patio, a balcony, 5-gallon buckets, or even a kiddie pool — I want you to grow something.
Start where you are, with what you have.
The land will meet you there.
