Just another check in, this has proved to be a very strong start in the first quarter for A Touch of Gray and we've been really busy and I wanted to update you guys as we have taken on additional scopes of work including Flooring, Tile, Drywall, and continuing with Painting. Hope everybody had a good and safe weekend! This weekend we started preparation and paint on 3,000+ SF Exterior Repaint for this lovely home. Started with a good pressure wash, sanding, scraping, priming, caulking, and masking then start top coating and can't wait to share final results with you guys as this is really coming along beautifully!😀

From what was to be a wallpaper removal, drywall repair, and paint project for our client turned into much more and we're glad they called us to serve all of their project needs! We did a remodel of their Dining Room, Hallway, and Bath by adding new doors and trim, shower tiling, vanity top, vanity light, and of course some fresh coats of paint!

Another one in the books, our customer asked us to deliver a repaint to spruce up her Living Room, Kitchen, and Common areas and we were glad we could and gave her the feeling of a refreshed HumbleAbode! 😁

Another successful project and another happy homeowner is all we could strive for! Homeowner had some heavy fading of front entry door and trim along with some shutters that had not been painted for quite a few years. We cleaned, sanded, and applied some fresh coats to bring the features back to life!

Never Underestimate the Quality in the Prep Work:

On a daily basis there are many paint projects that are of good quality but could have been of great quality if only the importance of one thing mattered before the paint even touched the surface...the Prep Work. Prep Work is more than just moving furniture, draping cloths, taping door frames and placing plastic over the windows. It is the absolute foundation to seeing the time for the quality outcome of your project which is why we always walk our customers through everything we will do before we even rrach for that roller and paint. So next time you paint or have somebody paint make sure they don't underestimate the value of the Prep Work! 😄

2020 Check In:

Hello All!!! It has been a while since we last posted as the end of 2019 proved to be a very busy time for us with many projects to end the year yet no excuse for us not to keep all of our wonderful supporters up to date as we continue to grow our markets and client base. We have since completed large drywall repairs, install, and finish (over 5,000SF), and interior repaints and planning on a very busy 2020 with more Drywall projects, add Trim work to our Services and continuing to provide our customers Commercial and Residential a solid paint job that will spruce up their homes, place of business, exceed project quality and much more! Stay tuned guys, also will be sharing plenty of tips this year including tips for homeowners, lessons learned as a business owner, and always tips for improvement as we all strive to be better than we were yesterday!!!

Another project in the books. This project was a fun and exciting project for us where we did a complete Exterior repaint of a 3,300+ Sq. Ft. Home where we pressure washed, scraped, and removed the old paint, re-primed the entire trim and body of the home and placed a top of the line Emerald Latex top coat of paint restoring the home and leaving another customer smiling at the quality of work! We couldn't be happier to do so as we strive for nothing but to deliver quality work!
