I’m Juan Pino — owner of Pino Remodeling.

I started this company with a simple mindset: show up and do it right.
No guessing. No excuses. Communication matters. Trust matters.

Over time, this became more than just remodeling.
It became about building something solid — for my family, my team, and every client who trusts us with their home.

A business culture survey described me as a “Rainmaker,” but I like to keep things simple: think smart, find the logic, go to the source, get the right tools, and make it happen.

Ahi como la ven, un poco más de 60 años, la guerrera, la jefa. La persona que desde el día 1 de operaciones de Pino Remodeling, fue la primera que se puso la camiseta para apoyarme en este emprendimiento que hoy en día es una realidad sólida. Desde encargarse de la limpieza, hasta convertirse en experta en Pintura de Gabinetes, hoy en día sigue con nosotros desde la distancia y desde una posición más administrativa muy importante, "control de compras de materiales".

I am so proud of you, who you are and who you’re becoming. It’s my best honor and privilege to be your wife and that I get a front row seat to all God is doing with you and through you as I get to support, love and cheer you on 🤍

You are incredibly servant hearted, compassionate, selfless, humble, loyal, tender, kind, hilarious, strong, smart and integrous. You’re my best friend and safe place. I get so moved and overwhelmed thinking about the life, family, and mission we get to build together to impact generation after generation for His glory.

You’re such a hard worker and you always go above and beyond to do the best you can. You take ownership in what you do and you’re very detailed. "Alonso is a very selfless, motivated and hard working man. He always says he does not want to just be good at what he does - he wants to be the BEST and that is truly his motto for EVERYTHING he does in life. He sets the bar high for himself. He is eager to expand his skill set so that he can fill any need at any time but he enjoys electrical work most. He learns quickly but if he doesn’t have an answer right away, he’ll figure it out. One time I needed to be back at the airport and his car wouldn’t start but I wasn’t worried because I knew I was in the best hands…Within minutes this man started his Acura with a DRILL BATTERY and I was awaiting my flight with plenty of time to spare. There is nothing he can’t do. ❤️"
