Some retire from Charlotte Fire. They never leave the Charlotte Fire family.

During the Firehouse 11 uncoupling ceremony, current and retired members stood side by side, connected by a shared commitment to service, sacrifice, and the community they have protected across generations.

The uniforms may change, the firehouses may be rebuilt, but the bond remains the same.
