2026 Contracts have been mailed to all our past customers around the middle of February, please confirm you received them in the mail. Sign them if you would like to continue using our services. Mail them back to us so you can get on our route, we have limited spaces available and will fill up fast. We have made changes in our business focus, and taken some operational restructuring steps, so do not wait or you may not make it on our route.

Good news..... Salt is working in these warmer temperatures.

Bad news...... No one has salt available to purchase. What is available is over 2 1/2 times what I bought it for in November. 🤬

Salt will be used but sparingly....... Expect more plowing to save on salt.

Also, very important.... We have had more services already this season than the entire last season. Or any of the last 4 seasons. And we have a couple more months of this season to go.

Michigan weather is so unpredictable, my apologies for the large invoices.

Prompt payment would be greatly appreciated so I can continue to pay my amazing employees and pay for the necessary supplies needed to provide the "quality not quantity" service you expect from my team.

QUALITY..... I spent about an hour out at my customers locations cleaning out leaves from the curb and storm drains..... This made a massive difference in the rain draining down them. This will help my people get the new snow coming tonight, all cleaned up tomorrow mid morning. Unfortunately it looks like we will have to be out there when all of you are heading back to work.

If you see us working please redirect your drive to keep our work area clear of vehicles / obstacles.
