Bathroom remodel...

New flooring, toilet, vanity, light door and trim. Had to remove old tile and re-level subfloor to accommodate new flooring. Scribed baseboards to floor to avoid the need for shoe molding and create a cleaner look. Relocated vanity plumbing and electrical and hung new sheetrock. Added additional outlet.

(Note: Yes I'm aware of the different color light bulbs. It's what I had at the time 🙃)

Custom built in dropzone. This was a fun one! Had to steal a small footprint from the garage to build the cavity that this drop zone sits in. Custom built in lockers. New electrical run to add the sconce lights. Chevron Acacia butcher block bench.

This custom pantry build is one of my favorite projects to date...

This used to be the entryway to/from the garage. It required the garage door and powder room door to be relocated. The void under the stairs (right side) was opened up and reframed to provide the recess for a wine fridge and apartment size fridge. New electrical was run to provide additional outlets and lighting. Existing electrical was rerouted to relocate existing switches. Removal of old pantry walls. Bumped wall in (left side) to allow for recessed shelving. Re-framed and installed custom pocket door. Butcher block prep station. Custom cabinets for outside pantry. New floors.
