Arrived on site and found the rooftop unit was not receiving proper power due to a failed service disconnect. The bad disconnect was causing intermittent voltage issues and shutting the system down.

Replaced the disconnect, verified correct 3-phase voltage, and tested the system to ensure proper operation. Unit is now back up and running properly. ⚡️❄️

I’m currently offering a $99 Spring AC Tune-Up for local homeowners.

This includes:

• Full system inspection
• Refrigerant level check
• Electrical & safety testing
• Condenser coil rinse
• Thermostat calibration
• Airflow & performance check

I know you’ll see companies advertising $29 or $39 tune-ups. Most of the time, those are loss-leaders designed to get in the door and upsell a new system.
