This is an entry-level position so tools and experience are preferred but not necessary. However, you will be expected to acquire both over time.

Our goal is to train you to be a competent and capable member of our team as quickly as possible. Pay will start at an entry-level rate and increase as you gain more skills and become more independent.

You will work alongside more experienced craftsmen to learn the process of cabinet making. Your work will be conducted in a shop environment and in the field.

Our ideal applicant will be honest, punctual, professional, courteous, humble, positive, and determined. Someone who is interested in a long-term career in an in-demand industry.

"Custom" means we make it whatever size you need for your very specific purposes. Virtually any height, any depth, any width, any size opening, any shelf spacing, any.....anything.

Yes, the tile is beautiful, and yes, the cabinets are timeless, but that rangehood speaks to me. We really wanted a seamless transition from a painted surface to the white oak. I'd say we nailed it.

A return visit to craft and install maple ceiling beams stained to match the shelves in the built-ins we did last year. Repeat clients are my favorites, especially when they are generous with the snacks!
