II’ve been thinking about this for a while.
Maybe I’ve spent too much time trying to teach something every time I post.
So I’m changing it up.
You’ll still hear me talk about real estate.
But you’re also going to see more of the guy behind the mortgage business.
Family. Golf. Grandkids. Opinions. Probably a few mistakes.

Leadership doesn't mean controlling every conversation.
Sometimes the strongest thing a leader can say is:
"This is your area. You lead."
Great Realtors know when to lead.
Great lenders know when to lead.
And both know when to get out of the way and let another expert do their job.
That's not giving up control.
That's building a team.
