⚠️ NOW HIRING – GENERAL FOREMAN (TREE CREW) ⚠️

We’re not looking for just another worker.
We’re looking for a leader.
Lou’s Cutting Edge Tree Service is expanding fast, and we need someone who can step in right now and take control of a crew.
If you can’t lead from the front, this isn’t for you.
This role requires you to:
• Run a crew of 5 men without babysitting
• Climb when needed
• Operate a 75’ bucket truck with confidence
• Make real-time decisions on active job sites
• Train guys, correct problems, and keep production moving
Requirements:
• Arborist experience (or strong equivalent field knowledge)
• Class A CDL (or willing to get it)
• Shows up ready to work — not excuses
What you get:
• $30–$40/hr based on what you actually bring to the table
• 401k
• Medical benefits
• PTO
• Consistent work + storm work opportunities
We do real tree work — removals, crane jobs, emergency storm response.
Some days are long. Some jobs are tough. That’s the job.
But if you’re the kind of guy who takes pride in running a tight crew and getting the job done right — you’ll fit here.
