You're going to want to watch this page closely because I have some very exciting new things about to land! Its been a very exciting and BUSY spring working through our order lists, creating new offerings, and building a new work shop. I can't wait to share what we have in store for you! Lately I've been completing a couple of our Santa face trees. They are some of my favorites because their multi-media (glaze and acrylic) finish helps break up the routine a bit and are our only trees we offer with an acrylic finish.

This just made my week! We made this big Schmid tree last Fall for a customer and she just let me know that even though its already May, she can't bring herself to put it in storage. She also found the perfect topper for it! Thanks Amy!

*Taking orders for Summer delivery*
Monty Python's "And Now for Something Completely Different" comes to mind tonight as I introduce to you a very cool rare tree we have started producing. This unique beauty is the 17" Jamar Mallory Starlighter! These are our oldest rare tree molds which were first copyrighted in 1961. We are honored to have this complete set of molds in our collection and the only known complete set. This very unique tree needed a very unique glaze so we used Mayco Black Adventurine which is a satin black glaze with lots of copper-esque metal flakes. I love this glaze a lot and will be using it more!
This first production is off to a tree collector but we are accepting orders. This tree takes two large boxes to ship. Price starts at $400, including shipping and insurance within the Lower 48.

Hey tree friends! Its a surprise Sunday! Introducing one of the rare tree molds we added to our collection this year, an Aquarius with the original musical base! 12 inches tall. In my own way of mourning the passing of my favorite season (yuck pollen) I added a Fresolone snowman and a music box playing "Frosty the Snowman". The snowman and music box are not permanent and can be easily changed out to fit various seasonal needs! Comment "sold" to claim and PM email address for paypal invoice.
$425 - includes shipping and insurance within Lower 48.

Ok tree friends, this may be the grandest of all grand reveals! I was going to wait to share this tree after completing it but I'm just too thrilled to stay quiet. We are the new honored owners of THE legendary Fresolone tree mold. After Mrs. Fresolone died decades ago all her tree molds were destroyed but my dear friend Steven found this survivor several years ago hiding in the back of a barn. This is the last known surviving mold of this tree. Thank you very much Steven for trusting us enough to continue the rich legacy of this mold. Our kiln is running seven days a week as we catch up on all our current orders but hopefully I can get this new tree in the kiln in the next month or so.
**Due to the rarity of this mold and its difficulty to pour, I will not be taking orders for this tree but will post one here occasionally for sale.
More exciting things to come!

Thank you to a couple of really great friends for helping us add these to our rare mold collection. It is going to be a very exciting spring here at CelebrateCeramics! Stay tuned!

There's now a very sad void in the ceramic tree world. Wes helped me a TON getting my business off the ground, graciously taught me how to print lights, and helped me find the molds to our Garrard tree, among many others. Tough to lose such a great friend.

Happy Friday friends! I'm taking advantage of the warmer weather to play in the mud! Did you know making ceramic trees isn't all sunshine and daisies? Any ceramicist will tell you that cracks, breaks, slumps, and warping are unavoidable. Its part of the craft. Sometimes the clay decides to "misbehave" and the tree gets thrown in these buckets. Fortunately, these failed trees can be reclaimed into slip (liquid clay) and will be ready to make beautiful trees again by next week! These two buckets are about a month's worth of failures. About 10% of trees that we pour will end up in these buckets. Less than perfect is not an option!
