It's fall y'all!!!! I know a lot of y'all are excited about pumpkin spice but I'm excited about apple season. This the last month of operation for some of our farmer markets before they close for the season. Make sure you make your rounds to see them this month.

June is National Fresh Fruit & Veggie month so I'm excited to share ways to add & incorporate fruits & veggies to your meals. Summer veggies are some of my faves. A very colorful bunch with lots of nutrients that contribute to good health.
