Organic Lawns and Shrub Doctor of Charlotte are looking to hire technicians! Experience is preferred, but not required. Please let us know if you or any friends/family would be interested!

Looking to hire immediately.

This is not a landscaping labor position, although physical labor will be part of the job. This person will be responsible for fertilizer treatments, aeration, customer relations, marketing, etc. The technician will also aid with assessments, estimates, recommendations, diagnostics. Previous experience is preferred. Compensation is based on experience. A degree in horticulture, agronomics is a plus. This person will also have the opportunity to move into a higher level position as the company continues to grow. We are simply not looking for a technician, this is a key hire for this company with aims of having him/her in a management position within 1-2 years. She said the virus has been linked to a broader array of birth defects throughout a longer period of pregnancy. The geography range of the mosquitoes transmitting the virus also reaches farther northward, and now includes 30 states.
