When your mom designs kitchens for a living and you just bought your first home 🏠. Our Senior kitchen Designer, Sandi Barnes, got to design the kitchen for her son and his wife’s first home in Huntersville, NC. Their wish list: bright, timeless, made for gathering, and smart with every choice. We would like every homeowner to know: you don’t always need top-of-the-line custom cabinetry to benefit from hiring an experienced kitchen and bath designer. Good design is what turns a first home kitchen into one you never want to leave. In this kitchen thoughtful design made possible: ✔️Cabinets stacked to the ceiling for a tailored custom look. ✔️A new layout planned around existing appliance locations. ✔️A painted wood hood and beautiful tile backsplash as a focal point. ✔️Soft under counter lighting. ✔️An awkward angled corner cabinet on the island, needed for walkways, is now the perfect secret bar stash. And Brodie? Well he has claimed his seat at this island. Permanently. A kitchen is so much more than cabinets and a countertop. It’s first brunches with friends, late-night talks, birthday cake with singing, and the family kiddos and or pets always right there, underfoot. That is what we Desgn for. Dreaming of your kitchen renovation? Whether it is your first home or your dream forever home, we’ll help you put your investment where it matters most. DM us the word KITCHEN to get started. ——IMPACT Fine Design l SouthEnd Showroom l Charlotte, NC (near Panthers stadium) —- Kitchen and Bath design and installation in Charlotte and surrounding areas since 2010.

Celebrating 15 years of Dreaming, Designing & Delivering Great projects. In 2010 I sat at my kitchen table - single mom of three, nothing but a dream, passion and stubborn fierce “do it or die” determination that I could build something extraordinary. Today, we celebrate 15 years of IMPACT Fine Design - a women owned, debt free, high end business built from grit, integrity and love. To our incredible clients, our amazing team, and every person who believed in this journey along the path- thank you. Here is to 15 more years or more!

It started with wanting a new frig - and look what happened after a few design meetings. Dream Kitchen and dramatic transformation in existing space. That hood? Pure art in brass & blue. Dishwashers behind panels, double islands storage on both sides of the blue island, inviting seating and welcomed entertaining with second island near the coffee bar. This space is now the perfect and timeless heart of this home. Thank you partners and Chad Pruett collaborating on this beauty. 💯
