Rolling Greens is seeking a horticulture technician to service commercial properties in Charlotte and surrounding areas. We are looking to add a hardworking, self-motivated and dependable individual to our team. You must be able to work independently, as well as with other members of our team. Good customer service and communication are a must! Attention to detail and a love for plants is vital! Plant knowledge is a plus but not required. We will train you on the plants names and needs to ensure that you can provide ongoing service and the plants will thrive.
This is a full time position.

NO NIGHTS OR WEEKENDS! The hours are typically 7:00 am - 3:30 pm, but there is room for some flexibility depending on an the individuals needs, however you must be able to work an 8 hour shift. We offer competitive pay, paid Holidays, medical, dental and vision benefits.
As a horticultural technician, you will water, prune and fertilize indoor plants. This can be a physical job, so you must have the ability to bend, kneel, squat, lift at least 20lbs and be on your feet for extended periods of time as part of regular job functions.

Valid drivers license, clean driving record, criminal background check and a drug test are required for this position. You must also have reliable transportation, as there will be multiple locations you will be required to travel to daily, so it is preferred that applicants have a personal vehicle. Mileage is compensated on a bi-weekly basis. Must be 21 or over to apply. Highschool diploma or GED preferred but not required. Will consider experience.
