On a recent CMS Teacher Work Day, our teammate Mia Strong swung by the office with a special guest—her son, Jason! Popping in to say hello, he stayed to hang out for a bit, and surprised us all by voluntarily sketching the entire RAD team based on what he saw while here...
 
The results? Hilarious. Adorable. Frame-worthy. We’ve been cracking up ever since—and proudly added his masterpieces to our office décor.

Initial master planning and test-fitting services are well underway for an existing church in Fort Mill, SC. The 27,000-SF scope envisions a ground-up, two-story facility transforming into a community center and featuring a multipurpose event hall with dedicated child-development rooms.
