Workin in the rain is not my favorite but sometimes there is no choice. Installed solar reflective material and lattice on the roof to help keep these greenhouses cool enough to use as a patio dining experience. We have 2 ACs inside as well and now they are useable in the daytime as well.

The trick to replacing a section of fencing and digging up a 6x6 rotted post is building a good match to the existing AND leaving the ground like you were never there. 😎

The sewer pipe outlined in green came disconnected under this building and flooded a huge portion of the crawl space with all the stuff bad dreams are made of! The previous plumber had the pipe glued in the socket of the fitting less than the width of a pencil. I got it reconnected with the help of a good ol Fernco band until I can get in there and reroute the line and make a solid connection with a shielded band. Clean up and extraction is being done by a restoration company and let me tell you, God bless those boys! 😂

Installed a new double oven unit that had a built in griddle, salamander, and 6 burners. Took 6 of us to get inside as it weighed at least 800 pounds and had to go up some stairs and through a door that left zero clearance. I connected the gas supply and got it all tested and ready for business! 💪🏼

Found a hole in a vent pipe that was causing a terrible smell. I pumped smoke into the pipe system and chased where it came out of the wall. Ended up being a hole in the pipe from when the booths were installed opposite side of this wall. Cut out the bad section and made the repair then got the wall all patched up and they are back in business! 🫡
