How awesome is it that our very own was recognized in HCP's TOP 40 UNDER 40!!!! Way to go Kelly! Thank you for everything you do!
Kelly Breeden joined Monticello Air in 2020 because a vision resonated with her: treat customers right, do the work with integrity, and build a culture worth being part of. Seven years later, she is completely invested, and the company is better for it. She developed new revenue streams during slower seasons that kept the company in customers' homes, building genuine relationships instead of chasing transactions. At her core, Kelly leads with a servant's heart, and she believes company culture is just as important internally as customer service is externally. As one of the women recognized in this year's class, Kelly is a reminder that the best leaders in this industry are often the ones who show up every day focused on people first.
