We are thrilled to be headed to Harrisonburg next week, alongside friends from the Urban Agriculture Collective of Charlottesville (UACC), to learn more about the work of Soul Fire Farm and ways to deepen our commitment to undoing racism in the food system here in Charlottesville. If you're interested to join the carpool, email sarah(at)cvillefoodscapes(dot)com.

At the intersection of sustainable food production and racial justice work is Leah Penniman. Penniman, a farmer, educator and and co-owner of Soul Fire Farm, will visit Eastern Mennonite University
