This crawlspace had the perfect recipe for microbial growth 🤢

An improperly routed dryer vent was pumping hot, humid air directly into the crawlspace. Combined with open vents and an inadequate v***r barrier, moisture levels were creating the ideal environment for microbial growth ❌
