Chattanooga kingz tree service was established in 2019. Owners name Bryant stanfield . Bryant moved to Chattanooga from California in April of 97. Started cutting trees at the age of 23 yrs old . For a company named Asplundh tree expert’s. Starting wage of a ground person back in them days was 7.75 hr. Bryant was raising a family at the time and also lived in the west side of Chattanooga. Bryant worked at Asplundh for 10+ yrs and also wolf tree Srv for 10+yrs. These companies trained Bryant to remove and trim trees around live power lines. Bryant started his tree journey as a ground man and eventually moved up to head Bucket Forman. Now, the tree industry is very much white oriented, and can be prejudiced at times which was something new for Bryant . He’s a Cali native. So this was a culture shock for him. Bryant didn’t let that stop him from learning the trade. Tree work was always a way of making side money for Bryant. He started with nothing and when I say NOTHING…. That’s exactly what I’m saying. Bryant started his business with just talent and one customer who believed in him. The fist job Bryant got was Three big hackberry trees sitting on the side of a duplex . He gave customer a 1200 bid which was real cheap. Bryant didn’t know any better he was new to the industry. Cut and put on street. The customer gave Bryant half the money and He went and bought tree climbing gear , spikes, and a cheap chain saw . It had a 18 in bar . Bar was not big enough to do anything, But Bryant was definitely motivated and didn’t let that stop him. Now Bryant was 25 at the time . That job started everything… Bryant did small tree gigs cut and put on street as a part time and was still working and sharpening his craft at the corporation. Bryant became real good at removing and trimming trees . And his hard work made room for him in the industry that was well dominantly white. And hated to see black excellence.
The journey in the tree industry is very challenging and competitive. Only the strong rises to the top. Bryant Stanfield became one of the of the greats in the game. Fast forward 2026…. Bryant has built a business that’s has all the latest equipment . Like bucket truck , chipper, mini skid, dump trailer and more. Bryant has built a brand that provides excellent tree service at a reasonable price. He believes in helping others and to always provide a great service that loves to serve others. Chattanooga Kingz tree Srv Is a blessing waiting to happen for someone in need. Bryant built it that way.
Conclusions : never give up on your dreams. Plan, set goals , believe in God, have faith, be consistent , and finally YOU GOTTA EXECUTE .
