One of the very best and most edifying relationships I have got to build in my tenure in Chattanooga is helping grow within cycling. I’m happy to report that his next build is wild compared to his already very dope stable. And this time he is going to learn a truth I preach every single day in the shop.

Good wheels are everything.

Get excited for this build, it’s a doozy.

It’s really a great feeling when you get out on one of your friend’s bicycles for a moment, and you can enjoy how nice of a bike you helped them make. drank the basket bike water long ago, and I’m happy for him.

If we’ve talked bikes at all this quarter, you know I’ve been big on single speed hardtails. There’s just something so playful about them. Mine has been a source of constant joy for myself, and others I’ve loaned it to.

Here is one of my other favorites. is getting ready for an epic race this weekend, so I gave his SID some love, burped his brakes, and topped off his sealant. And that’s all it needed! Cause that’s all there is.

I went to clean this up this morning to take photos and decided that was completely disingenuous. So I aired up the tires, and went looking for an alleyway or dumpster to take photos in. Several big skids and curb hops later, here you have it. Number 1 with a bullet. This bike has been and done everything, wrecked more times than I can count, flown places in a flimsy bag, dropped off mountains. Happy everyone! May the Junk Yard Dog be with you!

A very happy best holiday ever to you! As today is I will be profiling my two favorite bicycles I own. Starting with the more recent acquisition. This Bianchi G.U.S.S. I picked off has gone from being planned as an easy flip, to staying with me forever in no time. It’s nimble, fun, fast, quiet, and simple. It’s everything you want in a trail bike.

Hey hey, Wednesday is and we’ll be celebrating with a little ramblin’ around. You don’t have to ride a single speed bike to participate but it would certainly be a lot cooler if you did. I plan on being in the woods after dark, so lights and helmets are required. you can ride the if you want.
