This lady had some serious rot on her exterior wall. As is the case with most water damage you see on the outside, it was worse once you get in there. It had reaching into the framing on the corner and ruined her drywall inside. Even more surprising, there was no sheathing, siding was nailed straight to studs. We replaced all the rotten framing, installed sheathing, house wrap, and water resistant Hardie cement siding so it won’t happen again. Looks great!
