Here are some FAQs we hope you’ll find helpful!

1). What is your service area?
We are currently servicing Louisiana & Texas and growing!

2). What gauge is the metal used?
All units come with 14 gauge standard framing, 12 gauge is available for upgrade. All sheet metal is 29 gauge .

3). What size should I pour my concrete slab?
Your concrete should be poured the exact width of your building and 1’ shorter than the roof. For example if you order an 18x21 your slab should be an 18x20. There is a 6” overhang on the front and back of the roof giving you the 21’ length.

4). How long will it take to get my building delivered after I place an order?
Usually 2-4 weeks from the date ordered. If you happen to not be ready for install when scheduling calls simply let them know and they will schedule you for the next truck out.

5). What do I need to do to place an order for a carport or garage?
Our ordering process is simple and straightforward. Once you have selected the building that you need, a down payment is required to get your order started. For orders $0-$1500 a 10% down payment is required, for orders $1501-$4000 a down payment of 12% is required and for orders $4001- and up at 15% down payment is required. To expedite your order, payment can be made using VISA, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, and PayPal.

6). How much is the delivery and installation fee?
ZERO!!! As long as you are within our normal service area, the job site is clear of any obstructions, and the installation site is level, delivery and install is FREE!!

What type of vehicle do you own? We want to give enough space for your vehicle’s doors to open, especially if you are considering a metal garage or an enclosed metal building. Another essential factor to consider is the height of the building. There are vehicles who have big trunks, and by opening it completely, there’s the risk of the trunk hitting the roof of the building. In other words, extra space is required to better accommodate your prized possessions. .
