Our new class has taken over for the semester and we are very excited to "dig in" to the garden! We have checked in on our plants and they are all growing well! Pictures coming soon!

The Fordhook Chard, Flat Leaf Parsley, Shell Peas, Arugula, Broccoli, Beets, Lettuce, Cherry Radish, Flowering Kale, and Flowering Cabbage are all growing at steady rates!

We were able to plant Cabbage, Accent Cabbage, Accent Kale, English Thyme, Tuscan Blue Rosemary, and Huntington Carpet Rosemary in the garden today.

Today we're planting all of the plants that we purchased Friday from the Barn Nursery!

Today we are traveling by trucks to WindWood Bulk Center to receive soil! Friday we are going to Barn Nursery to put plants in our updated bed.

Today we are removing the sandbags and tarps from the garden in order to prepare for our second bed. Tomorrow, we're going to a local store to purchase black gold soil!

The farm is running smoothly! The estimated growth date for the vegetables are as followed: Arugula- November 26, Waldmann's Dark Green Lettuce- December 6, Fordhook Chard- December 11, Early Green Broccoli- December 16, Sugar Pod Snow Peas- December 21, Colorful Beet Mix- December 26, Parsley-Flat Leaf- January 3, and Shell Peas- January 23.
