Forever a project in progress, but at least the last rains and an amazing light filtration system has the pool clear and deep enough to cool off😎As we hope late afternoon showers out weigh our daily evaporation, we’ve started constructing the beach access and will soon have boulders to play with🙌
The usual summer bats have been joined by a multitude of dragonflies, snails, and frogs. One frog in particular has been identified as an Eastern Narrow Mouthed toad and sounds exactly like a lamb bleating. 💁‍♀️

The sun may have felt amazing today but it was not amazing for photographing holiday reds and whites. I love the way these planters turned out even if it’s hard to see the palette from here. I’d been eyeing the Wire Vine wreaths from for a while and they didn’t disappoint. A great option to the classic conical shape.

Frosted mornings have the holiday influence over me so I went ahead and added Christmas cheer to this outdoor planter. We already had a nice base structure of boxwood to work around and a few Dusty Miller doing great from the fall plantings. Add in our fresh cut greens and holiday decorations and voila!

The Window Gardener tailors handsome seasonal container gardens for those who are short on time, but want the look of a professional design. They can enjoy the fresh spring pinks, bold summer blues, inviting autumn ambers, and cheerful holidays reds without sacrificing their time.
