You can have it CHEAP, you can have FAST, or you can have it GOOD. Some people pay to have it FAST AND GOOD. Some people prefer FAST AND CHEAP. But no one gets it CHEAP, FAST, AND GOOD.

Good Afternoon Neighbors,
My name is Daniel Weathers and I am the owner of The Handy Painter of Chattanooga. We are a small remodeling and home repair business here in Chattanooga. I have included some Before and After Photos of one our recent projects. The client had a long term tennant that didn't report a major water leak. It ruined the tile shower, tile floor and subfloor, and the surrounding framing. The client needed a long lasting, but affordable solution to get her property back on the market.
We were able to remove all the damaged and moldy areas. Reframe the subfloor and walls. Level the bathroom floor, and install a new Kohler Shower system. We reinstalled her old toilet and vanity, put down some beautiful LVP plank flooring, and a fresh coat of paint. Back on the market and within budget.

One of the many services we offer is repairing damaged siding. This residence featured the first production run of Hardi board, which had severely deteriorated caulk and paint, causing butt joints to disintegrate. Consequently, the paint delaminated from the Hardi. To rectify this, we excised all caulk, filled the affected areas with bondo, and sanded and painted approximately 60 butt joints. Some siding pieces were beyond repair and required replacement. A fresh coat of paint completed the restoration. The client expressed extreme satisfaction with the results.
