Before and after pics of a floating floor install that is not a click together system but, a glue together. You have to glue the seams and butt ends together with a flexible wood glue while the floor itself floats as a unit.

Demo existing water and sun damaged floating floor. Replaced with new owner supplied Kahrs floating wood floor. A product of Sweden. 6 ply poly and rubber underlayment under the new floor.

This was a big one! 15 days straight! Long days and weekends. Had to get it done for customer because move in day was fast approaching!
Before and afters of 12 custom fit flush wood floor vents, carpet demo, sanded and finished oak floors,multiple patches, animal stains removed and carpet demoed in finished basement and LVP floor installed!
Thanks to Real Estate with Team Jocelyn for the opportunity to get this project done! Finished on a Sunday evening with Joey Stanizzito help push it through. Move in day was Monday am.
