We’ve been doing a little painting this week, and as you can see, my apprentice decided the new scaffolding was the perfect place for a nap.

This room stands 18 feet tall, and we were able to bring a lighter, brighter feel to the entire space.

So when your friends and family ask who keeps Chelsea Park looking its best, tell ’em Just Some Old Dude!

Just a couple of lockers we are building for the garage. Needed a pair of 24 inch lockers, added a 10 inch shelf at the top and a 12 inch drawer at the bottom. These would be great for a mud room as well. I will post more pictures as we add face frame, doors and drawer faces and paint them. I would also like to point out these are constructed out of salvage wood.

I was asked to do a very simple job that just continued to grow and get a bit more complex. This is my first try at doing drywall and I was honest about it. The job was priced accordingly because this was never bid to be drywalled and the home owner said use this basement closet as practice. Framing was easy, hanging drywall not terrible, finishing drywall still have a lot to learn.
