Highly skilled tile Master Craftsman with at least 10 years experience able to install full walk-in showers, Stone flooring installations, tricky Mosaic pattern installations safe demolition work of existing showers work has to be very flat plum level, experience with self-leveling very clean and organized jobs.

I have a high quality tile saw if needed would prefer you to have most of your own tools.

I'm personally unable to get to it because I have a very sick son who's having open heart surgery I have possibly two or three projects that will happen right away.

We will be removing glue from a concrete floor need help with removal. installing wall protection on walls, miscellaneous cleanup, possibly some floor machine work on the concrete floor.

Need to wear long pants and work boots no hard hats required.

To all homeowners having a walk-in shower installed....

Make sure your tile contractor provides a pre-slope or mortar bed sub base that is pitched under the shower pan.

This allows for the water to fall to the base of the drain fl**ge. Overtime water will accumulate through the tile grout and mortar bed that is on top of the pan and sit on the pan but if the pan is sloped, water will migrate to tiny holes at the base of the drain.

This is a clip from our first Pilot for the TV show. Filmed in March of 2015. It was the learning stage for how to present the craft on camera.

Shower pans are usually 40 mil rubber and act as a water management system.
The pan is easier to install and form when it is pliable.
We layout the pre-cut pan in the Sun for at least 1 hr before install (we have found this to be the best, but not the only method)

Proper Methods=Lasting Results
Completed this project in Greystone in 1992 using an "old-school" method called conventional mortar bed.

Tip: You must have sufficient structural integrity below any tile system.
When dealing with elevated floors/wood structures, Engineers/Architects can design the framing and decking system per industry requirements as long as they are know the flooring system you have selected (ie: tile hardwood or other)
