When I started Punchlist, the goal was simple: show up, do quality work, and treat people right. What began as handyman services and small improvement projects quickly became something much bigger thanks to the support of our clients, friends, and community.
Over the years, we’ve had the opportunity to work on countless homes and projects, building relationships that mean far more to us than any completed job ever could. Those experiences, lessons, and partnerships laid the foundation for where we are today.
As our vision has grown, so has our business.
Today, we’re excited to announce our transition from Punchlist to Harrington Homes.
While the name is changing, our commitment to quality craftsmanship, integrity, and customer service remains exactly the same. We’re still here to serve the clients who trusted us from the beginning, and we’re incredibly grateful for every opportunity you’ve given us along the way.
This new chapter allows us to expand our focus beyond repairs and renovations into home building, real estate development, and creating communities throughout the Carolinas. What started with helping people improve their homes has evolved into helping create them from the ground up.
We’re not leaving our roots behind—we’re building on them.
To every client, friend, subcontractor, supplier, and supporter who has been part of this journey, thank you. Your trust and support have helped turn a small handyman business into something we never could have imagined.
The name may be changing, but the values aren’t. We’re still the same people, still committed to doing things the right way—just on a larger scale than ever before.
