So I have a lot of customers asking me do I need to sheet rock my basement ceiling or do a Drop ceiling in my basement? The answer is no not really. Take a look at this one. This basement remodel was done in Deptford New Jersey. The owners Tavia and Jonathan were absolutely fantastic to work with. This will be our second project together. I have to give credit to other people on this one. So my guys and I did all the framing. We did all the sheet rock work. We did the trim and doors. We also painted all the trim doors and walls black. The electrical was done by Tavia and Jonathan’s Electrician. The ceiling was painted by Tavia’s family. This is a really cool remodel. Thank you for letting us be a part of it.

Here’s a partial kitchen that we just remodeled. Thank you, Denise Alverez. This will be I think the fourth job that we worked on together. As always, enjoy a great job picking things out. Course my guy did a fantastic job as always, and I can’t be prouder of them. I have to throw a couple thank you to some other people that made this happen. A few new contractors that we don’t usually work with however, Denise knew them well and we were more than willing to work with them. I believe credit is due to them. Thank you to Robert the Cabinet Coach out of Cherry Hill for showing up to Denise‘s house and allowing her to make it easy to pick out her cabinets. The electrical was done by Bill Foster also out of Cherry Hill. Bill’s company is called power to the people. His guys are fantastic. The plumbing was done by Jimmy and Chris Doback from classic plumbing services out of Collingswood. Now classic Plumbing are our usual go to plumbers. Absolutely fantastic guys super clean and certainly know what they’re doing. The last contractor was for the countertops. That company was modern stone supply also out of Cherry Hill. This was another selection made by Denise. They did a fantastic job. The Flooring remains. What JMJ Construction did was removing and replaced the cabinets, install wood blocking to secure cabinets, install sheet rock where removed, finished sheet rock, installed backsplash, installed trim, paint at all walls, painted all trim, and paint all of the ceilings. Thanks again for everyone that was a part of this transformation.

This used to be an empty space and now it’s gonna be used as a breakfast nook when they add a table and some custom cushions. Thank you, Mr. and Mrs. Smith from Cherry Hill, New Jersey to let us build this. I love these types of jobs.

Here is a post of a screen porch conversion and replacement of a deck that we worked on in November and December 2024. As you could see in some of the pictures snow was coming and we decided to take final pictures just recently. A special shout out to my guys for working so hard in the cold weather. I also want to thank Nick’s Hvac out of Pennsauken New Jersey for doing the mini split HVAC system with heat and air-conditioning. Also, thank you to Tretina Electric out of Maple Shade, New Jersey Mark and Mike. You guys did a great job as always. As always most importantly, I like to thank the customers, Sue Allen and Jim Ogier of Gibbsboro New Jersey. You guys were so patient and accommodating and I can’t thank you enough for being so awesome to do this project with.

Thank you, Mrs.Toler of Collingswood, New Jersey for allowing us to work on your project. Between the two of us, I think we came up with a great design to fit your backyard nicely. Definitely a shout out to my guys for doing such a great job. I couldn’t do it without you. Hope you enjoy your new outdoor space for many years to come.

Cherry Hill deck replacement. Thank you, Mr. and Mrs. Fordice for allowing us to work for you guys. You are absolutely fantastic to work for and I’m so happy that you’ll have hopefully many great times in your new outdoor space.
