When I first started in construction, I worked under contractors who valued speed over precision. I’d spend hours on one task, focused on getting every detail right, while they’d get frustrated and remind me, ‘It’s not about being perfect, just fast.’

Years later, the tables have turned—I now run my own business. But my work ethic hasn’t changed. I still dedicate the time needed to get things done right.

Not my framing work — just picking up where someone else left off. 🛠
This property was purchased as is, and the client decided to work with what we had. Still, our job is to get everything up to code for building inspection.

We:
✅ Added a double top plate to each wall
✅ Fully insulated the cavity between the exterior wall and floor joists
✅ Installed blocking under top plates
✅ Sealed with fire block
