A customer wanted to get some repairs and a bathroom remodel done to their home. Here is how we helped them:

*We were able to remove the old cast iron tub and wall tile and replace it with a modern tile and accent strip. A niche was added and threshold for the niche that matched the wall tile. The shower floor pan tile matched the wall tile just in a smaller format.
*We replaced the old mixing valve and installed it with a newer Moen with a dual overhead fixture.
*We had our glass installed install a custom sliding tempered glass door with a built in towel rack.
*We framed up and installed several ADA compliant grab bars and a towel rack with a shaving shelf on the right wall.
*We removed and capped the old baseboard heater and replaced the wall tile using the old tile to match the existing floor.
*This customer also had a leak from a shower on the 2nd floor that caused some serious drywall damage. We were able to replace that drywall, sand, primer and paint to match existing. Replace trim and make some custom pieces to match existing.

A smaller job we did about a month ago, here is what we did to help this customer:

*Customer had some rot around their exterior door jambs. This is common with wood jambs. Water follows the jamb and will wick up underneath the sills and take out the lower part of the jamb in almost every exterior wood door. We replaced all the brick molding on all doors around the house.
*We repaired, scraped, caulked and painted the doors and trim.
*We replaced one 32x80 exterior door and ordered a frame saver jamb so this issue doesn’t happen again.
*We replaced all the garage door trim with Azek PVC trim and replaced the garage door seals.
*We repaired 2 spots of drywall in the house. One from a roof leak the other from a bathroom leak. We verified that the roof was in fact no longer leaking from the skylight after the roof replacement and informed the customer. We primed all the drywall and the customer requested to paint themselves.

We were more than happy to help this customer and more importantly we gave them knowledge that we have learned along the way as to why these issues happen and gave them a superior product so it wouldn’t happen again.

Another one wrapped up. Here is what we did:

*We were contracted to re-deck (only) this deck that desperately needed the attention.
*We re-decked the surface with 2x6 PT boards
*All new posts inset and blocked into the framing.
*All new rails with black metal ballisters
*A new set of stairs that turns and lands in a concrete platform.
*Finished up with new 4x4 post caps and trim rings on the bases.

We have been extremely busy and appreciate all the support and patience our customers have shown us with our schedule.

Another bathroom completed. Several more to go. Here is what we did:

*We removed the old one piece bathtub stall and installed a new acrylic shower stall with sliding glass and satin nickel fixtures.
*We added some recessed lights, a new bath fan, led WiFi medicine cabinet and vanity and wired them to double toggle switches.
*We tiled the floor, added new trim, painted everything using Sherwin Williams primer and paint.
*Repaired the old drywall scuffs, sanded and painted entry doors, added new stone thresholds.
*We beefed up the walls behind the shower stall so we could incorporate an ada accessible bench and handrails. More handrails can be added at a later time anywhere in the shower stall if needed and you would hit a stud and not have to use anchors.

We were pleased with how this one turned out, the customer was pleased with it as well. We were able to fix the safety concerns they had with the old tub/shower and help them plan for the future.

We were able to help this customer with this bathroom remodel and build something beautiful here is what we did:

*We removed all existing drywall, all existing tile, all existing fixtures and took the bathroom down to studs.
*We took the existing 1 piece acrylic tub out and replaced it with a steel enameled porcelain deep soaking tub and used small format non textured subway tile all the way to the ceiling using a vertical 50/50 pattern with a custom niche and bullnose on the ends and ceiling. We wove in the same tile going horizontal at the exact mid point of the pattern into the niche (customer designed and customer chose tile selection).
* We laid 12x12” travertine tile with a 50/50 pattern going towards the long point of the room to the vanity.
*We replaced the original one piece vanity and installed a custom Amish made 54” vanity and storage cubby with trim going flush to the ceiling at the exact measurements we needed.
*We replaced the existing toilet with an elongated high flow toilet with new fl**ge set to the height we needed.
*All fixtures were installed chrome and new vanity lights, mirrors, bath fan vented and recessed light to the tub portion only on its own switch.
*Customer requested to keep the original trim for the baseboard heater and circular vent for heat/ac we were able to sand blast and paint those trim pieces and made them look new.
*Because the vanity was a custom piece we had our marble/granite installer build and install a custom top with 2 16” square under mount sinks and a custom 6” trim piece wrapped around the back of the quartz countertop (Customer specified).

We love how this project turned out. We do custom work and we have a 70% customer retention rate/repeat work and it’s because of the work and attention to detail. When we bid a job the people who bid the job are the installers and we’ve been told that matters to our customers. We don’t subcontract out our work, we do our work. Another one that was completed a couple of months ago. Here is what we did:

*We removed a large section of wall that was preventing an open concept area from the kitchen to the dining room. We installed all new drywall, moved plumbing and electric that was in this area and duct work. Made the return on the other side of this area larger to accommodate the air flow.
*We opened up and made the header from the living room into the kitchen/dining room larger and more safe. We took out the original stick framed header and installed 2 doubled LVL load support beams and framed them in. We drywalled the area we touched.
*We moved all the original wall registers and converted them to floor registers and re ran duct work to accommodate.
*Customer also received new flooring and paint to transform their house and this area to an area they love to spend time in.

As always we appreciate and love doing these projects for our customers. We have a large base of customers who are repeat customers which is a testament that we are their go to contractor for these projects and for that we say thank you!

Another one for the books. We were able to transform this half bathroom into a modern style half bath with brushed nickel finishes. Here is what we did:

*We removed all drywall and took the bathroom down to studs.
*Fixed the plumbing leak and exterior wall leaks letting water get in.
*Replaced the subfloor and added large format 12x24” white porcelain tile.
*added a 24” vanity where the original was a small pedestal porcelain vanity.
*added a high flow Kibler elongated toilet
*added a wall niche for toiletries
*Installed a LED light bar and 16” wall mount medicine cabinet
*all finishes were brushed nickel
*removed original interior door and added solid core 24” door and painted it with Sherwin Williams urbane bronze.

Another one we finished a couple of weeks ago. Here is what we did:

*We removed the old 30” tub insert and installed a new 32” deep soaking tub.
*Removed the old tile flooring and installed new mosaic tile white marble flooring (customers design)
*installed a new large format 24x48” fluted wood look tile shower walls with a custom niche using the tile from the flooring and a marble threshold for shower supplies (customers design)
*We removed-installed the vanity and original toilet at their request after tiling under the vanity (we always tile under the vanity in case the customer ever wants to change out the vanity and the size may be different you won’t have gaps)
*Installed new broan shower fixtures
*Reframed an opening in the lower level and installed a 64x80 interior French door, trimmed it out, painted it and fixed the drywall and added satin nickel dummy handles to match existing.

A few of the projects we completed in the last couple of weeks. Here is what we did:

*Installed backsplash in a home underneath the kitchen countertops. Added a custom accent wall under the oven hood. Trimmed out edges with schluter metal edging and white pencil edge for the accent.
*We rebuilt a damaged pool pump house roof. From the ground up new sills, framing, story pole, rafters, plywood and GAF grey architectural shingles, drip edge and trim.
*Installed a new 64x80” composite frame dual opening French door on a balcony loft. This frame was damaged from dryrot on the framing. We completely rebuilt the interior framing and subfloor underneath the door, flashed and sealed up the framing and installed the door to make it leak proof.

As always we appreciate our customers and love taking on projects big and small. Everything we do we don’t just install something and walk away, we put time and effort into our projects to make them last.
