Our company is a recognized leader in the area with a reputation built on quality, reliability, and trust. The ideal candidate will have from 2 years of experience in home sales of remodeling services including floors, bathrooms, kitchens, and pavers. We are looking for a charismatic, outgoing, and motivated salesperson to assist us as a part of our skilled team in helping everyday homeowners with their dream projects. The individual should be capable of utilizing product knowledge of existing brands and design knowledge to care for each client from start to finish in the sales process.
Sales/Estimator Duties & Responsibilities:
• Keep and maintain updated records of active, hot, and dead leads.
• Schedule Sales calls and appointments at residential locations, as well as in showroom meetings.
• Promote products and services, as well as new features to new and existing clients utilizing existing and acquired product knowledge of various floors, cabinet, countertop, and other material lines.
• Close sales quickly and efficiently utilizing excellent and integral salespersonship tactics, as well as developing strategies for closing more sales and follow up techniques.
• Sourcing client referrals, as well as utilizing referrals to generate new leads as applicable.
• Tracking personal appointments, lead status management, and sales.
• Meet or exceed monthly sales goals as required.
• Have an open mind for improvement and learning.
• Manage and create an efficient, profitable budget that the company may adhere by for each project sold.
• Manage and create a spreadsheet for each project displaying all and any notes and selections made by client for their project where applicable.
• Must be knowledgeable and capable of walking clients through the design process from start to finish and keeping note of any details for final hand-off at pre-construction meetings.
Requirements and Qualifications:
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Must have a driver’s license and must be willing to travel to residential addresses.
• Confidence and Aptitude for persuasion and negotiation to close sales efficiently.
• High Motivation, attention to detail, organizational skills, capable of working independently.
• Must be proficient with computers.
• Efficient time management is required.
• Familiarity with customer retention tactics.
• 2+ years in Flooring, Home Renovation Kitchen/Bath Design and Sales Required.
• Must be willing to work Monday Through Friday, with occasional or rotating weekend shifts.
• Bachelors in field preferred but not required.
• Knowledgeable in Microsoft Office Products such as: Word and Excel.

The Senior Accountant will support accounting, human resources, and office management. We are looking for a detail oriented, outgoing, and motivated for the office and finance function of the growing company helping everyday homeowners with their dream projects.
Senior Accountant Duties & Responsibilities:
• Manage data entry of general ledger, cash management, account reconciliation, payroll processing, preparation of taxes (payroll, State and federal), and processing of accounts receivable and payable.
• Manage the accounting process and participate in the Management Team weekly meeting.
• Prepare financial data for business for our CPA firm to file tax returns.
• Prepare periodic financial and financial reports such as tracking inventory, cashflow forecasting, job costing, etc.
• Conduct monthly reconciliations and audits to ensure accuracy and integrity of all financial data.
• Manage payroll and track bonus and commission plans.
• Assist with office management such as managing incoming calls, scheduling estimates and ordering supplies.
• Assist human resources with onboarding and offboarding employees.
• Managing company insurances and utilities.
Requirements and Qualifications:
• 3+ years in accounting and bookkeeping.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Business is preferred but not required.
• Experienced in QuickBooks.
• Excellent organization and communication skills.
• Confidence and Aptitude for persuasion and negotiation to close sales efficiently.
