Fall heating check up specials.
Heat pump systems $69 includes: system start up, thermostat check for proper calibration,clean and wash indoor coil, check blower for dirt build up(extra charges may apply for blower cleaning) examine all electrical connections, amp draw check on blower and heat strips, examine duct work,check air return filter. Outdoor unit: wash condenser coil, remove any leaves and debris from inside unit case, clean fan blade, check all electrical connections for rust or corrosion, look for proper fan speed, check amp draw on compressor, check refrigerant, charge check reversing valve operation and defrost system (does not include parts or freon)
