It has been our honor to build this home for the Ballard family. We've been itching to share every moment of the process, but it was a surprise for the family & yesterday was the big reveal! The dedication was the highlight of our professional careers and we are so thankful for the opportunity.

This home would not have been possible without the generosity of so many people & organizations who stepped up in HUGE ways and donated their time and materials. Please support these local businesses if you're looking for any of their services!

-Coopers Creek Land and Lawn who donated landscaping labor, street sweeping, grading, and so many other "we need you, Ben!" things,
-Hickory Hardscapes VA who donated all hardscape labor including installing the travertine and the turf,
-Miller's Overhead Door Inc who donated the garage door materials & labor,
-Tidewater Trim & Deck who donated the fence & labor to install it,
-Pella Windows and Doors who donated the windows & install labor,

- Home who donated all plumbing, freestanding vanities, hardware, & bathroom lights
- Daltile who donated all tile for the home
- who donated the silt fence and labor for the construction entrance

- who donated the roof shingles including labor,
- who donated a portion of trim labor,
- for donating the traffic & detour signs..and last but certainly not least...
- who not only thought up this beautiful home, but who also donated a portion of his architectural fees.

To even be nominated for these prestigious awards is incredible. To win in the company of such talented organizations is humbling. But the true honor is knowing that we can reach out to our former clients to ask them to vote for us and year after year, they continue to do so because they are happy with our work…that’s everything.

Yesterday, we had the priviledge of welcoming the Ballard family to tour their home for the “Walls of Honor” ceremony, where the community gathers to write well wishes for the family before the drywall goes up. Thank you Gary Sinise Foundation for asking us to be the builder of this beautiful home for a true American hero & his family! We had one of their largest events with a few hundred supporters! Thank you to everyone who came out to support this project, and thank you to all local and national donors who made this home possible!
