Finished up this 325sqft Select Grade Pressure Treated deck last week!!

Tore down the old deck with my bare hands for the most part. Dug out for our new footings and got our drop beams in place. 2x8 joists and blocking. Topped off with 5/4"x6" a premium Select grade treated decking with picture frame & breaker board detail to eliminate butt end joints. Then surrounded it with treated railing w/ black aluminum balusters and post trim capped with solar post lights.

Did our final wash down today and that's a wrap!

450sqft of TimberTech Advanced PVC "Boardwalk" inlay / skirting, and "Coastline" picture frame, breaker boards and fascia.

White Vinyl Deck Top railings with Black powder coated Aluminum balusters and Timbertech Coastline cap. Topped with solar post caps.

We also replaced the rear entry door and siding on the back walls touching the deck to address rot from the old deck which really cleaned up the entire area.

Moving on to the next one!

We're looking to add a new member to our team for the summer. Immediate opening!!

Must have transportation. Must be clean, sober, trustworthy, and organized.

We work outside so it's going to be hot, sweaty, and miserable at times.

Walking in on a Monday ready to lay this TimberTech down.

Last week our siding came in so we got that finished up, got our box style stairs built and mounted to the slab and all of our joists taped to help them last 30+ years!

Good weather this week so we should be able to get this one close to done!!

Busy week! 🥵

*PROJECT UPDATE*

Demo'd the old deck, found some rot due to improper flashing techniques on the old ledger board. Actually not bad for 30+ years. Clients decided to replace the back door while we were in it with a Fiberglass unit w/ integral mini blinds wrapped with PVC Aluminum Trim coil . We tried hard to match the discontinued vinyl siding and ultimately decided to replace the siding on the two back walls surrounding the new deck. Waiting on the rest to come in to finish but we were able to find enough to get us started and keep the deck moving forward.

Lumber has been delivered, footings have been dug and poured, anchor bolts set. Ready to start framing on Monday!!
