Richmond Primoid is wrapping up a five year project in Newark, DE this December. Scope of work consisted of 100% sealant replacement including Dow Corning silicones and preformed silicone strips, 8,570 LF of masonry flashing including removal and replacement of 5 courses of brick then flashed using stainless steel flashing and Grace Perm-A-Barrier membrane. Upon completion of the repairs the building was then cleaned using a combination of Prosoco products then sealed using BASF water repellents.

Richmond Primoid just completed over 3300 linear feet of concrete beam repairs in a crawl space for the VA Hospital. Materials used were SikaQuick FNP for form and pour repairs and SikaTop 123 for hand patching. All reinforcing steel was cleaned and treated using Sika Armatec 110 corrosion inhibitor. After all repairs were made, all beams and joists were sprayed using Sika Ferrogard 903.
