This client wanted to update their shower niche with gorgeous Swanstone wall systems in carrera marble with a shampoo niche, a foot rest for shaving, a corner shelf, and metal outer trim. They chose to reuse their flow k**b and provided their own shower head for install.

What a month it’s been! We finally wrapped up the Newport News whole-home renovation! Stand by for more photos this week as this house gets listed! Wait till you see the before-and-afters!!! 🤯

It’s been a while since we posted as we’ve been working up north in Newport News, but it’s been a big week! Cabinets went in today in this whole-home renovation. Hoping to have the countertops and flooring in before Christmas so we can get the backsplashes in and finish work on the cabinets.

Then some trim, touch up paint, and finishing touches to wrap up this months-long project!

Storage was a major issue in this home, so we added two pantries and three drawer sets to the dining room to make more room for storage and hosting!

Thanks to Chesapeake Noland Bath & Idea Center for the beautiful sink, faucets, and lighting fixtures!

Remember the deck we built on the new home awhile back - the one with the wheelchair ramp for 94yr old Grandma? The one that took 23 loads of gravel, fill dirt, and top soil to correct the grading of the backyard?!?

Well they just got the front retaining wall and yard space finished by the amazing crew at Hunt Excavation And Septic LLC and it looks incredible! 😍

We’re so happy that we could be a small part in taking this home from the awful condition the builder left it in to a safe and enjoyable place for this family to enjoy for years to come! We can’t wait to see pictures of this multi-generational family enjoying their new outdoor spaces!

Wrapped up a larger tile job (about 860sqft) for a beautiful midcentury modern home in Chesapeake. We love how the homeowner wanted to stack the tile instead of stair stepping it to aid in the design!

Huge shout out to the best tile guys in town - Troy and Thomas - for knocking another one out of the park!
