We’re looking for a skilled laborer with experience in asphalt paving, concrete, or sealing work to join our crew! Akers Paving is family-owned and operated.

✅ Full-time
✅ Competitive pay (based on experience)
✅ Local work – No long-distance travel
✅ CDL a plus
✅ Steady work with opportunity for overtime & growth within the company.
✅ 401k offered
✅ Work Days Monday-Friday. No holidays!

✔️ Requirements:
• Experience in asphalt paving, concrete work, or sealcoating
• Ability to operate tools and equipment related to paving/concrete jobs
• Valid driver’s license (CDL a plus)
• Strong work ethic and reliability
• Ability to work in outdoor conditions and lift 50+ lbs
